Thoughts about these games?
>>12591189Garbage
>>12591189Hidden Gems
I can't play it because of the constant jumpscare skull that flys in your face. Does Witchaven 2 also have that?
I like them but they'd be so much better if melee hits didn't register at the very start of the animation
The Dark Souls 2 of its time
>>12591189The pinnacle of entertainment
>>12591804elaborate
>>12591819I mean it has an enormous transgender following. Why else would I mention Dark Souls?
>>12591189I heard they are getting pulled from sale, what happened?
>>12591826You could've mentioned Fallout with that explanation
>>12591881Maybe a surprise remaster like it happened with Hexen and Quake 2, but I wouldn't count on that.
>>12591881>getting delisted on june 15thoh damn now i wanna get them before they're gone
>>12592524I really doubt Nightdive would touch these games
>>12591818the pinnacle of monster titties
>>12591189The ugly of the 'game' almost distracts from the extremely poor 'gameplay'
Some spells in it were kino. Anyway, I liked them. And I liked Heretic. Fantasy FPS games were a rare kind.
>>12592563>monster tittiesyou can't just say that and not post any
>>12592628>Fantasy FPS games were a rare kind. They still are. There's something so magical (no pun intended) about first person fantasy games. It's such a unique vibe and nothing compares to it.
>>12592671Not him here, but I found this. Not very monstrous, but awooga!
>>12593051nice booty
>>12591189They're like Heretic but extremely bad and poorly made.
>>12591189both are good if not almost great and (steam versions) can be run with BuildGDX and Arachno SoundFont which improve them somewhat.they're flimsy and crude games in gameplay and level design but underneath all that they're quite atmospheric and enjoyable. they're like Hexen burn to a crisp and can be beaten in like 6 hours
>>12591189both look and play like ass
>>12591189I had the first game as a kid. I bought it just because I thought the cover was awesome but it didn't work on my PC.
>>12591189Cover art is the best thing about them.
>>12591189>AUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH>(INHALE)>AUUUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHHHH
>>12591229>scarydudeBoth games have it, dude. As a side note, the frequency of the jumpscare happening is based on your CPUs clock speed as it's counting down an invisible timer until it hits zero, faster CPU=timer hits zero faster (there also a cheat code that forces the jumpscare to trigger early, thus resetting the timer).
>>12591881Rights issue, most likely.
