nfsmw got hit the worst and looks pretty sad compared to ps2 and xbox, but the underground games are fine on gamecube, i never played them on a real gc only via nintendont on the wii so they ran a little better and playing these games back to back with their ps2 xbox and pc ports like they're literally fine
they look a little worse if you stop the car and compare them side by side, but if u engage with videogames and enjoy them beyond posting about them on 4chan its a complete nothingburger. these consoles are 25 years old now so maybe u can learn to appreciate each ones differences rather than fanboy console warring in bad faith over shit nobody cares about

apart from mw that port is objectively ugly. it has the shorter music tracks which i barely noticed, but what i did notice is that it never rains on the gamecube

the ps2 runs like ass and the controls feel bad because they bind them all to pressing the button 100% (emulatorfags will NEVER realise this)
the gamecube version has cut down songs, FMVs and missing weather effects ontop of lower quality textures (doesnt matter that much) but i think on original GC hardware it probably doesnt run great either
the xbox 360 version has the best visuals, and would be the most polished and "intended" version of the game if it weren't for the HORRIBLE framepacing/stuttering/whatever, it's choppier than the ps2 version not in raw frames per second but in the timing of them. it's mostly mitigated if you play it in 4:3 1024x768 though, but that's not very NEXT GEN at all
the original xbox version fares the best, it looks good (not as fancy as the 360 version but a step up from the ps2 version). it did have xbox live as well, where the ps2 and gc had no multiplayer at all
the PC version is whatever the fuck that is, it's missing a bunch of post processing and the car paint shaders are off, the cars look pretty wack on PC, it just looks wrong

not part of the equation, i don't think EA counted on their pc version of their annual racingslop being reverse engineered to replicate the console versions 20 years after release. shut the fuck up

they have support for surround sound, though ootb with modern windows (vista and above) you can't use it, as they removed hardware sound acceleration. you can restore it with tools like indirectsound
