AITD was the first game to mix 3D models and 2D pre-rendered backgrounds. LBA reused that concept but with a birds eye view, which then Final Fantasy VII copied.

I was a little disappointed with how short the game was. It wasn't quite the epic I imagined it would be. Especially after hearing the introductory theme, which is possibly the single greatest retro PC music ever made.
