The PlayStation 2 version of Hot Pursuit 2 absolutely annihilates the Xbox, GameCube and PC ports. It's not even close.

It really isn't. Morrowind has no physics besides you being able to jump. Morrowind is just a memory hog because it's a bethesda game. The fur and climbing physics in SotC are insane for that time period and honestly still rock today.

the PS2 version still has the same general game design, which is crap. it still has wide as fuck tracks with oversized scenery items like trees: it's like you're racing 1:2 models of cars. it has those stupid cinematic angles with motion blur when you hit big air. helicopter dropping dumb shit. cop chatter that's way worse than the one from NFS3:HP and NFS:HS - especially calling out cars by their full make and model on every message, it's just stupid. list goes on how much worse it is from all the previous games

Anything trashing HP2 PS2 is an absolute pleb who should stick to Mario Kart.
That game is all about the pristine physics and its deep tire model.
