Why did the Saturn age the best compared to PSX and N64?

>>12611924PSX was incredibly popular and got so much use that the consoles would develop faults through overheating or lasers wearing out, and N64's main audience was packs of spastic children that couldn't take care of their own shit, so the controllers inevitably broke down.Saturns, being comparatively unwanted, unloved, and kinda crap, escaped the 90s relatively untouched, and also had less retrospective interest or nostalgic desire in the mid-2000s retro boom, thus they tend to age much better.

PS1 was the shovelware system of its day. Its library is too bogged down with bullshit. N64 has the opposite problem. Some well-crafted first-party games but far too limited. Saturn is the perfect middle ground with a library of varied genres that people have been able to discover and appreciate in hindsight.
