Donkey Kong Country 3 appreciation thread
It feels exactly like post-new year downtime.I got this game for xmas of 96. I already had the N64 and PS1, but got this game as a surprise gift and it was really comfy playing it during the summer (I'm in the south hemisphere), it even kind of fits that weird sensation you get once a year ends and a new one starts quietly. Playing DKC3 felt like a last goodbye to the 16bit, even if of course I kept playing 16bit and still do, DKC3 was the last new 16bit game I got. The end of an era.
