So you're citing multiplatform games (many of them also being on the PS1 and/or N64) as your "proof" of why the Saturn was better? This game was also on the last gen 16-bit platforms. Unless you have some clear evidence this game was inherently superior on the Saturn then any other platform it was on then you've failed to make your case. Either a game has to be Saturn exclusive OR the Saturn version has to be clearly superior to the other platforms its on. Otherwise, no.

And I'm not going to go through your entire list to see how many multiplatform titles you have on your Saturn list, but I suspect its a lot of them. The only Saturn exclusives of note are probably games by SEGA themselves, and that's pretty much it.
