The Variety tv series "Game Center CX" has been around since 2003, covering a variety of retro video games, from the 1980s and onwards. Given taht it's been on the air for over 20 years, it is remarkable how many major games they have not highlighted yet. Which do you think is the most egregious and wish do you wish to see the most on the show before its end?

These include Banjo Kazooie, or Spyro. There's no challenge, just a big checklist of events. Rpgs are likewise very similar, and I am baffled how much Japan loves Dragon's Quest titles. A licensed game for an American or European only property is likely a no-go even if the game released in Japan. Then again, they did "Gremlins 2" of all things, most likely because the license was probably super cheap.

Abe's Oddysee is a perfect fit for the show but it's actually violent enough for them not to do it. I've heard it wasn't that big in Japan but I can't imagine Another World or Flashback would've been big hits either.The other game I'd love is Ecco the Dolphin. There is a new game in the works so now would be a good time for it. Again not a massive hit in Japan but it's arguably the best looking game on the system.

The most boring episodes are always when Arino is actually enjoying and powering through a game with ease. Klonoa, RE2 etc are fantastic games but the show just becomes Arino watching the plot and occasionally saying something funny. It's so far removed from the joy of him struggling through Famicom kusoge. If they keep doing PS2 games, they've gotta stick to challenging and/or crappy stuff.
