Did they prove Brits weren’t just full of hot air in the 90s?
>>12638928the covers were better than the gameshttps://videodyssey.blogspot.com/2012/05/gallery-of-psygnosis-game-covers.html
>>12638928Who?
>>12638928Never was a fan of their stuff on the Amiga - cool but too much fluff. Nonetheless I kinda dug some of their releases on the Playstation though. Miss those times when their logo popped up...
>>12638928Rare and Argonaut wasn't enough?
Psygnosis (and namco) are basically the reason the psx took off.
>>12638928Their later games were great!
>>12638951Isn't that an album?
>>12640113It's both. Both Blue Öyster Cult and Psygnosis licensed the same illustration, Behemoth's World by British artist Richard Clifton-Dey
>>12640113You're an album
I still believe Destruction Derby 2 is almost impossible to win
>>12638928English are and have always been great at making games just like they are at everything m8 get out of the house sometime
>>12640185The a.i cheats in wreckin' racing (if you follow the driver in 1st place they will rarely do anything to score points but often magically end a race with 220-270 pts) but I have beaten it legit a few times over the years. Still a hell of a lot easier to cheese though.
PSIKYO was vastly superior.
>>12638951A lot their covers were creepy as fuck
>>12639072If you like trash
>>12638928>>12639072Along with the likes of Agronaut and Rare, Psygnosis prove pure game designers isn't Europe's forte and the main thing they bring to the table is sheer technical expertise that Japan could never match.
