I enjoy Shiren, but it's the weak link of the Mystery Dungeon franchise. (The Dragon Quest ones are the best.) The later Shiren games are better than the earlier ones, and the N64 in particular is the worst MD game I've played.

The Wii game was redeemed by the PSP version. Even the base game is better than the N64 one, though.
