NES Contra games should take you an afternoon or two to 1cc as long as you don't rush ahead like a retard. If it has to be specifically an arcade game, >>12640314 is an option, though it's harder. Also, ignore the retards shilling Cave shmups, danmakus are terrible games for beginners.
