whats the difference btw pic related and the Xstation? and is the regular PicoStation different than this? how can i use my Raspberry Pico and make it work likr this instead of having to solder a dozen wires to the pcb?

tried, didnt work, somegames load to the first bootscreen, other just get stuck at the PS logo, tried also calibrating the laser resistance, didnt work, they are shot dead.
