What are your favorite /vr/ games based on superheroes?

Ultimate Alliance is still the king. I like to make a team of the Fantastic Four and treat it like their own game sometimes because they didn't have one nearly as good. Their old movie tie in games feel like they almost could have been that and are sort of neat in a way.

Spawn (SNES) was better than I expected. not really good but good enough to keep you going, some neat ideas in there that sparkle.
My favorite is probably Maximum Carnage or Captain America and the Avengers for pure retro or spider-man 2 on 6th gen

Neversoft's Spiderman is still my fav, honestly I like it more than 6th gen Spiderman 2

I agree. Web swinging around the city was fun in the SM2 movie game but I really prefer a more comic focused game and the playstation 4/5 games just make it a long commute.

I think I've beaten this more times than any other game. my fav team is West Coast Avengers (MoonKnight, Ironman, Spiderwoman, and Torch)

This.

I loved this whole take on Spider-Man really, of course the PS1 title was the peak, but the PS1 sequel, the GBC port, GBC sequel to the port, and GBA spinoff/sequel, were all great in their own way and perfectly captured and celebrated the character, to me the peak of both 2D and 3D Spider-Man in video games even nowadays as I dislike the new ones.

I could never beat the Second One. I get stuck on fucking Shocker. The window to do damage to him is microscopic.

I was about to clown on you but I remembered it is actually quite hard, I did a hard mode playthrough a few years back and it actually gave me trouble.

The psp card game.

It's a downgrade from XML2 in every way

JL Heroes was pretty okay. It's not quite MUA good sadly but as a DC fan It's something.

I had this on SNES back in the day. As a big fan of The Tick, I found it to be one of the most boring beat-'em-ups I've ever played.
