Am I missing something here? It just doesn't feel as good as 02. Everyone hypes it up as the best one but as a casual fighting game fan I don't see it compared to 02. Can someone tell my why it's so praised?

>>1264856198 is the pinnacle of pure neutral, where combos barely matter. 02 is cool and all but it has tons of jank and every character has guaranteed kill combos with only a few bars of super as long as you have godlike execution skills (which your average Fightcade player has btw).
