Sony KV-20S40 I picked up from the dump last month. Some crackhead cut the power cable for copper. After repair and service menu adjustments it looks pretty good. Component moddable.Every time I go there's a pallet of CRTs sitting there for the taking. Nothing crazy but now I have 4 Trinitrons, 3 Panasonics, and some other junk.

On top of that you should also learn about TVL (which in guest-advanced is controlled by mask type and mask size settings). It's pretty difficult to explain, and I'm sure a lot of users on /vr/ would instinctively try to refute the idea, but there are some situations in retro gaming where playing retro games in progressive scan is actually *worse* for motion clarity than playing them in interlaced mode due to the game running in native interlaced resolution and having very odd native frame rates. At 120Hz the frame is displayed twice at two different times, resulting in a double image. At 180Hz you would see three overlapped images.
