How was cod viewed before cod 4?
>>12690008I dunno I wasn't there
>>12690008I think alot of people thought it was copying medal of honor. But looking back those early cod games are way more fun than the medal of honor games being released at the same time. But thats what I thought. Was yeah ww2 Is a big topic but theyre just capitalizing on the hype of these other games etc etc
It was the first (at least first popular) fps that had ADS
>>12690220you mean AIDS?
>>12690224Nobody's got AIDS. I don't want to hear that word in here again.
>>12690008PC gamers took it really seriously and pretended they were amazing games but they kinda blow.

>>12690008Medal of Honor had fallen off and people viewed it as a better WW2 franchise
Cod was actually a respected franchise up to bo1. Mw2 not having a server browser on pc killed it for a lot of hardcore gamers though
Honestly I thought it was great how whenever you looked at an ally you would see their rank and their full name. It's easy to forget, even in real life when talking about wars with such massive death tolls, that each person who fought and/or died in the war lived a life full of memories and relationships before that point.
