I didn't even really notice the N64 graphics at the time because I was just blown away with the atmosphere and intuitive design. I remember just booting it up on an emulator, not even having a controller and just bumbling my way through with the keyboard on my laptop and instantly I was just hooked. I "got" it. That was a long, long time ago and I've played plenty of games since, but I still think Ocarina of Time deserves a spot on anyone's Top 10. I'd rank Wind Waker above it but only because I'm a sucker for a lot of what Wind Waker does, but I wouldn't argue OoT is the better game.

This game has only aged better with time as Zelda games got worse. Desperate are the Zelda fans for just another regular ass 3d Zelda game with themed puzzle dungeons and a smallish overworld. Why can't nintendo understand that literally millions of people have been waiting since twilight fucking princess?
