Literally why didn’t it (and Future Perfect) come to PC when they released a PC port of Second Sight?

It took a lot of time and effort to port games back then, and PC games weren't exactly selling great either.As for why Second Sight got a PC port then, who knows. It was a different publisher so the demand probably came from them. It wasn't a well received port either.
