The vast majority of these kinds of products are just white-labelled from China, with multicarts in particular being infamous for being the same few NROM games repeated over and over. Vinny did it old school, hiring a bunch of local college kids with Amigas to slap together 52 shitty games with no repeats. It even has a custom mapper.
