MiSTer is GOATed and multiple tiers above the PS Classic.
PS Classic has a nice shell, some good games built-in, a pair of good controllers, and is easily hacked for more functionality, and was worth it when it went on a hefty discount after it flopped for a basic plug 'n' play solution.
However the Ebay listing you've referenced with your image is $88.99 which is a terrible price that's not far off its original RRP.

Wasn't looking at that particular ebay posting just used the picture. The controllers do look good and being USB I can see myself getting a lot of mileage out of them through other applications, softmodding the console itself is more a bonus but I'm keeping an eye out for ~$50 cause I did miss the boat when they were $20 at Walmart. Waiting for the mister to get cheaper, or available through less grey markets or something, don't feel like dealing with the Chinese directly desu.
