you can increase mouse sensitivity in most games' config files somewhere. or change your OS' mouse settings.

for win95, if there's a DOS version, the DOS version is usually less buggy and should work in DOSBox(the one original ones, not "Staging" bloat). you can also increase mouse sensitivity in DOSBox.
