>>
>>12765527
Okay dope I played syndacite wars on ps1 last year. I think I beat most of it on my raspberry pi and unintentionally bricked it and had to reinstall it all. Ill pick up on that again and I played syndacite on the snes and genesis. So im assuming this is a more "real version" of the original syndacite. Alright awesome man. Ill play syndacite too
>>
>>12765514
I'm not kidding when I say Amiga has no games worth playing.

why is it that every time someone saying sonething about Amiga, someone here spites at Nintendo?
Wouldn't it make more sense for IBM compatible (aka just PC) fags to be the ones dabbing on Amiga fags?
>>
>>12765769

Because it is well known that nintendofags here at /vr/ as (you) are low iq trolls who hates being called out as a lowcows, and proven wrong when someone reminds them of howshit the entire snes library and ports is outside nintendo, square enix, capcom, and rare titles.
>>
>>12765514
Yeah Amiga is literally a waste of time, there aren't any good games on it and it proves that Europeans don't understand what video games even are
>>
>>12765791
But enough talking about the snes library.

Roadkill and Banshee seem the most interesting

It supports AGA so tons of stuff the A500 can't do
Quick the Thunder Rabbit is very colourful, almost like a Sonic type game

Okay ill look into other games that can be played. Do these need to be played with keyboards? Or will it play with the 4 buttons ??? Ive never used many amiga computers or consoles ever before this
>>
>>12768518
A few games released on CD Rom often support the CD32 controller such as Chaos Engine but otherwise you can map UP to a 2nd button and sometimes space is used as a 3rd button like in R Type. A couple of rare games support the 2 buttons of the Amiga like Mortal Kombat. A lot of the best stuff is newer homebrew which often supports many control types such as Castlevania. Often strategy games and simulators use the keyboard. Some youtuber made a video about the a500 mini had a link to CD32 download pack with the best games, it was only about 2 GB.

D/Generation is an interesting one.

The only game I'd like to play on CD32 is Captive 2: Liberation. I had the disc version as a kid and remember it being pretty atmospheric. The primitive polygonal graphics and texture were weirdly effective. I believe the CD version has more textures and more music. Instead of levelling up through XP you can literally rewire your robots using an interactive circuit board with logic gates. You could drop spy cameras to monitor locations remotely though I'm not sure there was any real use for this feature. I think I ruined the game for myself using an item duplication bug to get infinite money and the best weapons without ever completing a level. I'd like to play properly someday.

And the pinball games are some of the best in the genre.

Euro cunt here + 1 on pinball the Amiga has great pinball games - Pinball Fantasies was mentioned I would also recommend Pinball Dreams and Slam Tilt.

On the home brew front the Amiga has (fairly) recently received AGA versions of Turrican 2 and Super Cars 2 definitely check those out. CD32 also got the whole Lotus trilogy on one disc as well they’re all great racers - the list goes on

This

Because it's always the Nintendo faggots that shit up every thread going "hurt durr there ain't no games on that console, play snes instead" every time and it's incredibly boring. Expand your mind a little and try some other shit out, for your own sake
>>
>>12765514
There basically isn't anything specific to CD32, because it's just an overpriced and repackaged Amiga 1200 computer. What was republished specifically for CD32 was mostly complete trash.
Basically, what you're ACTUALLY looking for is the best of Amiga computer games, some which could be played with a gamepad, some which are played with mouse and keyboard.
IMO, the best Amiga computer games are Worms and Syndicate.

Some people like Gloom a lot, but honestly I think it's a dogshit game, the levels and gameplay are unbelievably plain and monotonous, and it's SO fucking slow paced and floaty that it feels like you're under water all the time.
Gloom really just exists as a tech demo cope in response to PC and MAC having first person shooters, something the Amiga needed expensive third party hardware to do past the Wolf3D stage. It has excellent pixel art, like that part is genuinely really well done and nice (the gore is also kinda cool), but that doesn't carry the game, and Gloom also has no music, which is frankly criminal considering Amiga games in general were famous for very groovy music.

tl;dr skip Gloom

>>12765791
Some of the best PC games and console games of the 1990s came out of Europe, you retard faggot.
Worms 2/Armageddon is unironically one of the best PC games of all time.
>>
>>12765805
He's not wrong, the CD32 was essentially a cucked Amiga 1200 computer. What you ACTUALLY wanted was the real Amiga 1200 computer, so you could not just play games, but also do all kinds of other shit that a computer lets you do.

>>12767702
I certainly wouldn't call it good, no.
