Not reallyWhen I finally figured out how to beat the Shadow Devil in X5, I beat the game shortly after, and I was so stoked that I replayed it again and again. I got pretty fucking fast but far from speedrun level (especially since they skip the entire game).
No but I do love watching them. I rarely stream live runs unless it's something like a ZFG Rando run in OOT but I'll watch some records when I'm up for it.How runners are able to break some games are fuckin bonanas to me.
