>>12789279>>12789280Great example of a movie tie-in that’s actually really good. I remember loving the n64/ps1 game but being amazed at how well they did webslinging in this one, felt like one of the first times it was done right with a semi-open world. Treyarch was/is an admirable developer.
Liked this game as a teen, replayed it last year and was shocked that it's legitimately a 4 hour boss-rush game where the depth of the combat is unlocking fourth hit to your three-hit combo and that's literally it. You have no dodge button. You have no web moves in combat. You just do four hit combos on enemies for four hours and then it's over.Still does a lot of stuff right, but it's barely a game.
