So it's kind of like it's both ways (anyone should be able to manipulate it because it's within them but if her power is to copy the powers of other metas, it's not something that can necessarily be "copied").Like, to relate it back to Marvel, Doctor Strange isn't really doing anything that anyone else shouldn't be capable of, as long as they understand what it is he's tapping into. He's just got it down better than anyone else (so like...the Akuma of his arts).
