>Put down for 2 days>Get free time to pick it back up>Can't remember where the fuck I am or where I was going I should probably make a map shouldn't I
>>12805962Fromsoftware slopYou play it while reading the wiki
>>12805962It's not that complicated
>>12806117There's no point to play the game if you use a guide.
>>12805962You can press triangle on menu any time to see which level you're on btw. It makes the whole experience much easier (and more linear). And you don't need a map in this game. As long as you keep track of which areas connect through doors, warps, and one-way paths (as well as merchants and save points) that's enough.
>>12805962As much as it annoys me to not have one, this game technically doesn't need a map the same way King's Field does. The levels are way smaller and much less complicated than King's Field. The only real point of annoyance is if you run out of torches or lamps, but if you have spatial awareness it's not that bad.

>>12807920Writing "Sunken River connects with Impure Pool" or "Cune trader in Poisonous Cavern" in a notepad isn't a map, retard. It's a journal.
If you use or make a map......you didn't beat the game.
>>12807897thanks, I saw a map on in a screenshot and figured it was a late game thing like in KFIV
