What's the hardest game you've beaten?
>>
>>12806978
/vr/ wise I'll have to go with ADOM (regular ending)
>>
>>12806978
I know this is the meme "hardest game evah" but I'd say 1cc'ing Ikaruga on Normal might be the hardest thing I've done so far.
>>
>>12806981
Gratz. That is an achievement!
You did play in ASCI mode, didn't you? :)
Bravo, my man, regardless of your preferred graphics mode. Now do TOME for a challenge (albeit a lesser one). Your thoughts on UADOM btw? Lmao! If you ask me: Biskup went insane with that title!

Anyways, the hardest game I've beaten is GT1, GT2 - 100% the living life out of 'em, so to speak! :)
>>
Adventure Island I think

Castlevania 3 NA version
>>

Thanks! Not only in ASCII mode, but through an SSH terminal connected to the (now defunct) ancardia servers, release 59, before the Steam launch.

Ultimate ADOM is an abomination (and a scam) that should have never existed, I don't trust Biskup to do anything good ever again, sadly.

I did manage to beat TOME around 10 years ago with a Skeleton Archer. Didn't like it much because of the MMO style combat with cooldowns and because of how you normally go on autopilot until you meet an elite that two-shots you.

My thoughts on Biskup exactly. He will never make a decent game again. Not to mention a game of ADOM quality!

When I read the history of how you beat it, I smiled. You are an OG! Normally I would recommend you some roguelikes but seeing how experienced you turned out to be I'll pass! :) You probably know all them classics.

With TOME... Yes, it can be that way. That's one of the main complaints addressed against it. I can see that. I've always trudged on with each playthrough because of how addictive it can get, but yes, I see your point.

Ninja gaiden when I was 11 at my grandparents house over a long weekend
>>
- Might & Magic 1 with no internet help
- Touhou 8 on baby difficulty, 1 death clear
- Rogue, with a cheat character that had high AGI to start with
>>
>>12807083
M&M is only really hard at the start of the game, at some point you turn into gods
>>
>>12806978
According to /vr/ I never actually beat any games
>>
>>12807091
In my book, and in mosts sane people, you didn't beat the game if you used save states. You do not use save states right anon?

It’s the easiest of the the 3 outside of the last two levels

Midnight club II using the howhardcanitbe9 cheat. By tokyo I was playing out of spite and vowed never to do it again.
>>
>>12806978
MM2, it would be a fair challenge if it weren't for the fucking Air Man boss.
>>
Battletoads and double dragon.

>Kid Chameleon
That game can go fuck itself.

bump
>>
>>12806978
Probably that one.
>>
>>12807080
For a long time I didn't beat this purely because having to redo 6-2 every time I died to the final boss was so annoying
>>

Rhythm heaven fever
Funny fromslop kids jerk off about difficulty when any basic bitch Rhythm game takes 1000x more practice easily
>>
X-Multiply
Radiant Silvergun
F-Zero X

Probably grim fandango without looking at a guide even once. Took me a long long time. Besides that I don't really play that many hard games. Beat ninja gaiden black. On normal difficulty. Wasn't that hard really. After I finish ng2 i intend to go back and do hard. We'll see.
>>
>>12808005
Out of the first four which are the only ones I've beaten so far, I honestly think 2 is the easiest and 4 is the hardest.
