https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/9938/I've updated the translation patch for Lady Stalker. The original translation itself is MTL, but this updates that patch to clean up all of the menus and battle text, re-add the NPC voice sounds, and change the font, along with some other changes. If you've already downloaded it, you should get the latest version of the patch. It fixes the small graphical issues, ensures some of the previously long battle text fits properly, and makes the library book ordering puzzle understandable in English. This is probably the final version I'll upload, unless I catch something major in the future.If someone else wants to create a new translation using this hack as a base, or just wants to change the text for fun, I've also uploaded a tool for easily changing the hack's English text. The game is made by Climax like Landstalker, but Landstalker is more like Zelda and has jumping, while this is more like a simple RPG with basic action-based combat. There's not much to it, but it's pretty charming.The characters were actually modeled after Princess Aleena and her two retainers from Dragon Quest IV. How do you use the skills?
>>12811938Just by charging up in battle. After you get skills, your attack changes depending on how much you fill your bar. What happens is as you get more skills, you need less charge to use the old ones. So you can just charge halfway (or something) to use the old skills and fully charge to use the new strongest skill. The skills are also divided between Whip skills and Boot skills for Lady, so you'll only use some of them depending on the weapon type you're equipped with.
Ah nevermind, they're the fully charged attacks and it depends on which weapon type you have equipped
