It's an RPG, the difficulty already barely exists. You can completely trivialize the game if you want or you could try something unconventional and it might be difficult.

There was 2 different ones one was Russian and I am not certain of the other one. The Russian one was absolute chaos, HellMOO tier insanity and getting spawn killed while a bunch of people screaming in cyrillic ran around. Pretty fun times desu but not at all like a "normal" fallout game.
Didn't ever bother with the other one desu I had my fill of Fallout MP by then.
