How much do you remember your old games?I just 100%'d OoT again and I remembered where everything was except for the 2nd Heart Piece you get from the frogs in the river. I played the Song of Storms for the 1st one but forgot to do the pretty hard butterfly game with them afterwards until right before Ganon's Castle.Basically it was like I played the game to its fullest on auto-pilot, it was relaxing and fun.Any games you played so much you know them like the back of your hand?

>>12840838Last time I played Majora's Mask, I forgot to deposit the fairies from Stone Tower Temple to get the great fairy's sword. Went back and did it anyway after I beat the game.
If you wait long enough between playthroughs then you run into situations where you can't remember exactly how things go, but you have a very faint sense of what you are supposed to do/how it works and it's fun to run with that and watch it come to fruition. If you've never experienced this before, then you are truly missing out.

>>12841005Different memory abilities, different attention spans, different irl situations around when they last played the game, different amount of other games played in the interim, etc. Some games I remember like the back of my hand, some games I go back to after a decade+ and feel like I'm playing them for the first time, outside of occasional "oh yeah, I kinda remember this part."
A lot of them. Fall of the foot clan was one of my favorite games for original gameboy and I didn't play it for 20 years, and I still remembered where the secrets were and I absolutely steamrollled through the game.
