i've always been a sonic adventure 1 enjoyer. love the shit out of that game. never played SA2...until now. and oh my god is it bad>lots of cramped corridors which make the camera spaz out constantly even though it will be locked>sonic's homing attack will just randomly fail>constant deaths due to shit camera>mech levels feel godawful, lots of cramped corridors which make locking onto enemies difficult sometimes>knuckles stages are just flat out not fun, was stuck for like 20 minutes because i thought the game was bugged but no i just had to dig through an unassuming wall that the game did not tell me about at alli quit like halfway through the heroes campaign. it makes sense why they give you a continue after every level. because it's jankass fucking trash. i now see that my love for SA1 is blinded by nostalgia. i get why people actually call the games trash. unless you played them when you were a kid, you're not going to like them. nor should you.
>>12842120>lots of cramped corridors which make the camera spaz out constantly even though it will be lockedLiterally never had this happen. I stopped reading here because I knew it was bait
Why does this thread feel familiar...

>this good game is... LE BAD!!!Lol
bump
>>12842120SA2 was a massive control system downgrade from SA1. Sega have never gotten back to the smoothness and fluidity of SA1 and never will.
>>12843154>sonic>good gamechoose one
>>12848620Actually that anon is correct, there are plenty of good Sonic games. The only bad ones I can think of are mostly non-retro. The only bad retro Sonic games I can think of is Sonic 3D Blast.
>>12848620Retard post
Nitpicking nigger. You'll see the genius when you replay the game for the 5th time and finally get all A ranks and an all S grade chaos chao (devil of course)
>>12848620go back to deepthroating OoT tendie
>>12848613the SA games are too janky with their physics (experiencing sudden stops all the time, falling through the stage) but the boost games with their guiderails are babby easy. it's too bad they never spent more time on a middle road.
