People who actually put in effort to make things tend to take pride in what they do, so if it flops and people hate it, they feel embarrassed and that they have personally failed, which itself often acts as quality control. With AIslop, the person releasing it can just blame the failings on the AI, both to themselves and to others, and tell everybody who complains that they need to seethe and cope.
