Technosoft ThreadWhy does this game never get mentioned as much as the Thunder Force series? I think this is the best take on the grounded Commando style of shooters, I see people say it's too easy but I think a 1CC on the expert difficulty is a pretty solid challenge.

>>12850732In Japan it came out pretty early in the Mega Drive's life and got completely overshadowed by Thunder Force 3 & 4. In America, Elemental Master came out after Thunder Force 4. I have the JP Mega Drive version. Great game.

>>12852902I suck at shumps and beat it on expert after only a few attempts. You start being able to take five hits, can take up to ten hits when fully powered up with a maximum lifebar and the barrier orb powerup, and you get five continues for a game that takes 30 min to complete. I think it'a a great shump for beginners while still being a solid challenge to 1CC on expert for the veterans.
