I could only find 3 games with a single kanji title:

All would be good picks. Mister Mosquito is known in Japan as "ka", and would work as a 3D flight sim style game. But I feel it'd be too much for Aino-san. Hagane is probably the better pick, and there's a few major 2D ninja-action games they still need to tackle.

They've been doing a lot of "never ever" games in the last few years. Hope they do this one next. There's enough SFC "hidden gem" style games that they could do one every season and never run out.

They have to be aware of FF7, so I wonder if it could be challenged in some way at some point. I can see it being a DVD special. I would love for them to turn all the game's various mini-games into a side corner. Each ep could be another mini-game.
