Blaming the game for pulling surprises, especially in a horror game, is just stupid.
I have done all endings with all characters and done multiple maso runs. This game is a masterpiece, and I think it's better than the first game (which is also extremely good)
>>3989675Well I just got to the thread and replied to that part only. With trial and error I think everyone can agree it's a spectrum and yes it's hard to objectively pinpoint how much is too much. Personally I feel like a game built entirely on game over states without giving the player a fighting chance to foresee them is a novelty its very best, assuming runbacks aren't instant or near instant. And what a novelty it was, F&H seemed to have stirred many people's imaginations with its way of doing things, which I'd argue was already apparent before it ever got popular.

Im on day 2 morning, with the boxer and the mechanic. Already got the fellatio effigy, cleared the school (except father whatever and the otherworld part), cleared the sewers and the outskirts.I found the church and marina joined but I die in there every time, and the needles guy is ruining my city exploration but I think im doing ok.
