a lot of the choices in game are fake choices, because you're actually railroaded

They try to milk bg3's success but there will never be such a masterpiece as this game again. As far as bg1+2 , bg1 was ok for it's time but very small and completely broken gameplay-wise. 2 was extremely linear and honestly not as good. bg3 trumps all these games by miles.
