Alright pipeworkers, you know the drill. When is Styg droppin' a new dev diary, why is Six such a faggot and why is Ladelman so based?
In Discord news, Styg has embraced his inner weeb and wants to add a bunch of Japanese swords to the game.
>>4014818He also wants to add a stance system built around feats.
>>4014819I know you're reading thisjust make a real 3D fighting game with katanas already
>>4014821Play Sword Hero's early access.
>Missing a 89% chance flurry 9 times out of ten constantly>Missing flurries on stunned enemies with a 95% chance to hit half of the timeHoly shit man and here I thought psi got gutted, swords are just a miserable.
>>4014819what is this an mmo?
>>4014867CC'd enemies should have a 100% hit rate
>>4014867>Stun target with taser>Press gun to his head>Execute>MissI don't even feel bad savescumming moments like this
>>4015003My man was missing flurries on a short circuited industrial robot and no it didn't say he did 0 damage it said that he missed, I didn't even knew that could happen.
>>4015003>>4015062Literally the second after I posted that
Would a spear + metathermics build work? I'm running out of cheevos
>>4015303Depending on how much damage spears do you may be able to pull some cheeky kills with the shatter feat, otherwise I can't think of much else, I guess cryoshield would stack with blocks.
>>4015303of course, it's a somewhat popular combination even. shatter ice cubes with throw or impale, easy thermoD boom, aoe fear with pyromaniac for easy long range throws, etc.
>>4015303Hybrid builds are cuckshit.
>>4015303Cryo orb + Sweep + TfB is rather busted.
>>4014700It was such a wrong move to switch engine and adopt 3d for the next Underrail. The 2d pixel aesthetics of Underrail was comfy and had character, the clips of Underrail 2 look very generic and soulless
>>4015496I agree about the graphics but the new engine does have some pretty cool features, like the ability to do multi-level combat.
>>4015496It reminds me of the sims or pz so I like 3d but the 2d is really quite lovely. The best thing about 3d is going to be all of the gear popping up on your character quite clearly and the verticality.
>>4015496i like the new gameplay possibilities that it opens up. But it really is ugly as fuck. And I will miss the portraits so much.Personally I would have accepted an Underrail 2 that was just Underrail 1 with new locations, enemies, some revised mechanics, but that ship has sailed like half a decade ago. Since Infusion isn't continuing the story anyway and I probably already played the original a thousand hours more than what's good for my sanity I don't even really care. Let's start from scratch and see how it goes.
>>4016025>Personally I would have accepted an Underrail 2 that was just Underrail 1 with new locations, enemies, some revised mechanics, but that ship has sailed like half a decade ago.So you just want a far shittier game than Infusion? What the fuck is wrong with you, retard?
>>4016032Read again. I would have accepted that had it been made years ago, say, in place of Expedition. I would trade Expedition for a real sequel any day.
>>4014867>>4015003>>4015046>>4015068I actually just broke the record about a week ago
>>4015303spear and methathermics are hella synergisticthe problem is figuring out the buildive yet to make one that really works with itself
anyway, im playing Peets shotty build, except without psiive been using a laser pistol as my main offhand weapon, for taking out trash mobs and heavily wounded enemies I dont want to waste a shell on, and a grenade launcher for serious battles so I can do group damage at farther rangesits pretty dang good; ive never ran a real shotty build before, its pretty satisfying
>>4014818thats not news; weve seen katanas and nodachis is screenshots and videos for a couple years nowbut arming swords are news*a* weebsword unique made sense, I dont think them being a normal choice doesand arming swords is an even weirder choice
>>4014700Are dodge and evasion useless? I dumped 15 points in those but nobody ever miss me.
>>4016221Dodge is there for more uncanny dodge stacks, I've never picked evasive maneuvers but I imagine it's the same with that.
>>4016221*misses
>>4016221whole 15 points? damn... maybe try reading how precision works from teh wiki
>>4014700I only play on easy mode. I tried normal mode and didn't like it so I stick to easy now.
>>4014818>Nodachi>>4014819>Stance systemYup. I can finally self insert. When you were playing assault rifle, I studied the blade. When you were throwing spears, I mastered the temporal manipulation. While you wasted your days with a hammer pursuit of vanity, I cultivated 6 INT. And now that the world is on fire and the barbarians are at the gate you have the audacity to come to me for help.
What would stances do? Bonuses to certain skills?
>>4016473One reduces attack AP costOne increases precisionOne increases critical damage by 20%
much like 4chan in general, these threads are now 90% evil butthurt shitterswe once had a good thing heregoodbye, surviving anons
>>4016621What do you mean?
>>4016621When are you going to nerf assault rifles styg
>>4016298I was throwing points around and since i'm not making a tank evasion/dodge seemed ok, i'm not reading the wiki on a first run.
>>4017610NTAHe was making fun of you because stronger enemies will have higher skill thresholds that go faaaaar beyond meager little rathounds you'd fight at the earliest points of the game, so 15 is barely doing shit for you as is. You'd only really start to feel the effects of the skill(s) if you keep your point investment in line with your overall progression.
>>4017724That's what i was wondering, if it's worth to invest more or those require too many points to be useful and it would be better to go full offense.
>>4017724Honestly even then dodging shit raw doesn't happen enough for you to rely on it, it's a hailmary at best.
>>4016221evasion is decent but dodge can largerly be ignored if your not getting uncanny dodge. Traps, CC options, and Psi ability beat dodge any dayEvasion though lets you tank AOE damage better as a bonus making some enemies do little no damage if you stack defenses. Suicide bomber build is viable just have a stun option for other evadefags
>>4016221i usually go full send into dodge and/or evasion with greater siphoner armor, drugs, cloaking device, etc. or just meet the minimum req. for feats.
>>4016221Personally I think Dodge is almost entirely useless for most builds (outside of uncanny dodge, which is pretty good but not necessary) compared to evasion. Most melee enemies will completely rape your shit even with max dodge and high agility for the level you fight them, and you should be able to kill them before they close the distance on any viable build. Evasion, on the other hand, is almost always useful as long as you have okay agility as it reduces AOE damage and ranged enemies are ubiquitous and as such having a little evasion is almost always useful. Take evasion, not dodge.
>>4019023generally I find it far easier to lower dudes accuracy stacking effects that benifit evasion alot more than dodge. You can really mess up dudes hit chance with cave ear and blinding venom caltrops, PK, suppressive fire plus shellshocked, or distance such as getting upclose to snipers and etc that makes evasion superior besides just the AOE mitagation. In jetski combat especially lowering wyrms accuracy is a must if you can't outright kill them like in the jeteater fight

>>4019992The room with the mutants and the open vent isn't so bad, just lure them next to the landmines on the hallway next to their room and pop the mines yourself.
>>4020012Oh shit, you're right, there IS an open one. I guess that 3 Perception translated to reality too.
>>4019143Yes, exactly. Like this, even a character with middling agility can have very effective defence through evasion. I breezed through dominating on a 6 agi SMG commando like this. Probably my favourite build ever, too.

Came back to the game, decided to try expert, thought the enemies were unusually tanky, lo & behold there's a 50% increase on difficulties beyond normal. Should restart but I've already put enough hours in. At least you can sneak past Depot A.
>>4023065Still here, brother? You can change the health setting mid-playthrough using the console. Your difficulty will be automatically changed to mutant though, if you care about that.Try this exactlysetDiffParam NpcHealthModifier 1.0
>>4024383Cheers mate, should lessen the save-scumming I find myself doing. The game feels far less open-ended with the little damage I feel myself doing, I have to be really sure I'm leveled enough for a simple non-quest encounter.

>>4030960I've never played this game with mods before, do I just drop the files on the game's folder?
>>4032271Yes, the BepInEx folder should be at the top level inside the underrail folder. It should be in the same folder as the underrail.exe.Anyway, just try it out a few ways, and come back if you have issues. >picDamn. Just the one bloodlust feat/ability icon took forever, it's not really good either. I have like 40 to do. Not sure about this.
>>4032345Rampage turned out a bit better. I'll try again with a fresh mind in a few days.
>>4032345Is it normal that it's not letting me go fullscreen? Do I need a particular version of the game?
>>4031075you failed the grenade accuracy check and it fell at your feetrestart / reload / end game
>>4032688>Is it normalWhat the hell, no.The game version must be 1.3.1.2, and the .exe probably has to be from steam. But if you had issues with that, you would see errors popping up in the terminal window that opens when you run the BepInEx launcher. The only thing that would mandate 1280x800 is when steam is trying to force the game to run on steam deck. That COULD be a BepInEx launcher issue... or the .dll might confuse the game into thinking you're playing on deck, due to the obfuscation. I'm not really sure, to be honest. Can you provide more information?
>>4032942It must be the steam emulator I'm using then, I'm gonna try it without it and see if that works.
>>4033287Are you on Linux? Another user had to swap out one of the BepInEx files to get it to work via wine... Which I guess is not an emulator.
I'm on windows, just pirating.Turns out I was running the mod on an older version of the game all along and it had nothing to do with the emulator.
>>4014700Haven't played since the boat DLC released. Anything new?

>>4030960coagulation shot finally useful?
>>4033545yeah>>4034472they're great fun, and can often clear rooms full of enemies quickly. just accept that flurry will fail sometimes and plan accordingly.shame about the fancy footwork nerf though.
>>4035122I find the footwork nerf alot harsher on it then it is on hit and run. I think Styg could of implement it better as you get a 1 hit grace period before the MP count goes down and add 1 spec to extend it
>>4030960neat though I think superstitious could have the unique buff of 1 guranteed hit with melee, balistics weopens and tools "can also hit through projections by TC niggers" except can't hit an enemy with uncanny dodge after kissing a charm. It make them have 1 thing you can know actually works and also effect could be affected by the luck mechanic they also have giving you 2 guranteed hits> can keep it as a hidden machanic still for the meme to counter gypsy low accuracy curse
>>4030960>>4035373misremeber it as lucky but labeled as confidence on the wiki
>>4035375It's all taken care of, don't you worry your little head about it. Just purchase as many charms as you have charons for from that nice Coral lady.>unique buff of 1 guranteed hitAlthough, giving all new characters a "Focused Attack" ability that does something like>your next weapon attack roll gains a 5% precision bonus that can exceed the hit cap, 2 turn cdwould increase the player's power by too much, obviously, but also somewhat bring regular weapon builds in line with the likes of psi and burst, especially for swingy big hitters like sniper.>picTurns out I was adding too much padding on the icons and they looked miniature in-game. Here's a corrected version of your lucky helmet, a new unique also sold by Coral. Supposed "scientists" and "experts" say "aluminum foil can't protect you" and "it's a piece of shit", but we know better.I'm going to redo my icon building process. Right now I'm pixelating higher res images and it's kind of stupid. You can see how shitty this looks compared to the regular super steel helmet icon, which is sort of the point, but not sustainable.>>4035122>>4035110>coagulation shot finally useful?Sure, but it has a cooldown, and you presumably have 5-8 bleeds on you, maybe more. Part of the tradeoff for ramping power and ramping risk. Thoughts?
>>4035976honestly making an idiot savant feat be mandatory for it prob balance it out. Not like Int builds getting specalist are struggling in terms of either damage or utility and it'll give them edge with consistency leading hits
>>4035976>but it has a cooldowndamn, 2 turns even. that's pretty funny, it might've been too good otherwise!would still make managing the pain a little bit easier i suppose, though without playtesting i can't tell how bad it's going to be.
>>4030960>https://www.nexusmods.com/underrailexpedition/mods/32>BepInExThis game has extensive modding now? Has Styg yet commented on any of the creations?
>>4036788>without playtesting i can't tellThis is exactly it. I was able to improve the ability with some extensive feedback that was posted to the mod page. I can run test combats and scenarios, but I can't prove actual player experience. I am certain the ability is in a better place now.>>4038377I don't believe so. It's a wise choice because I don't think he's a good communicator. I can't interpret his actions accurately, though I think I understand his perspective a bit better now than a few months ago; he loves the game and wants to keep tinkering with it and releasing the occasional update, and mods could get in the way of that unless he builds some structured way of modding the game. He definitely wants to be in charge of how things go down. I'm not completely convinced that's necessary from a software engineering point of view, but I'm not an expert, and he seems to be very good. Anyway, don't take my word for any of this.>picAfter much difficulty, I was able to come up with a very vanilla-style icon for the Eudaimonia status effect & Feat. This one was a good candidate for working towards replicating vanilla stylings because of how easy it is to build in vanilla reference material, ex: Death's Grin icon. It remains to be seen if I can develop an efficient enough process for icons in general while keeping style consistent and quality high, efficient enough to cover all the icons I need to add, anyway.I'll be going into more weeks of overtime before the cooler weather rolls in, so that will probably be it for updates for now. Post issues and feedback to the mod page so I can see it.
Played the game finally. I think you can finish everything and skip deep caverns. What a fucking shitshow that last segment was.
>>4040024I feel you man, I've only ever finished the main game once. Try giving the dlc campaigns a go, they are way less of a shit show.
>>4038377Oh cool, he implemented the change I suggested. That's actually kinda heartwarming.
>>4040913Don't get me wrong, it's a great game. Really really good. It was going amazing until the Deep caverns part. It was so bad that it drained my will to go chase after tanner. I accepted the job position and ended the game then and there.
>>4040024DC is great. It's a lot less unique than it was after DOM was added as a difficulty (and rather easy nowadays thanks to the DLCs and map) but I still think it's a great level to end the game with.
>>4041028it was quite draining the first time yeah, but surprisingly i've really enjoyed it very much afterwards.
>>4041145Can't disagree more. Tedious fetching of components running back and forth 100 times is annoying enough but the writing takes a turn and tries to subvert the story. It goes from faceless are invading to faceless are the good guys and somehow lora baker is tied to your disposition toward the faceless either you're friendly or hostile she lives or dies. Writing gets retarded in the deep caverns which is a bigger problem than the running.
>>4041182>faceless are the good guysWhat the fuck are you talking about?
>>4041197You're too retarded to comprehend what the fuck the story is explaining.
>>4041182>It goes from faceless are invading to faceless are the good guys These do not contradict each other in any way. And being only self-interested does not make them "good guys."
Faceless are well-contrasted against other factions throughout most of the game. The player has opportunities to deal with them in either a hostile or friendly fashion, depending on the situation. The problem with the Faceless in Deep Caverns is not the Faceless, but with the way that the character can't work alongside or at least manipulate the Tchortists. Of course, if the point was just to be a "gotcha!" moment to make the player feel the consequences of their actions, it works well already.

>>4050643I think a school that can give you passive regen or helps maintain your psi costs/reseves be nice.Could be an extension to blood maging it up and you use both to get either or. That or just increase you health based on skill and half your reserves "toggleable" abilityincrease resistance or be immune to bio damage for set period let exo aura gives fire immunitysapping a target of heath and stunning it in range could be a ability. Or another could be extended all "bio" negative effects on living targets like poisen, stuns, bleed, or any debuffs/>>4044840inflict all poisen and bleed thing at once.
>>4050690A biology manipulating school. Being able to regenerate yourself. Inflicting a poison dot or agony debuff on a target. Making yourself much stronger by amping up your muscles or crippling an enemy's strength by inflicting wasting. Siphoning your target's hp like a vampire. Becoming extremely durable temporarily. Growing claws for unarmed attacks (stacks with force emission). Extending the duration of drugs or poisons on yourself or targets. Creating a scent somewhere to lure animals towards it.All kinds of things like that.
>>4050831>I think a school that can give you passive regen or helps maintain your psi costs/reseves be nice. Why a school? That should be tranquility's domain. It could be easily expanded with some follow up feats.
>>4050946to be honest my idea be a bit more than that and it rather let you do bloodmage without the feat as a toggleable thing. Basically at the cost of your health regain x amount of your reserves. Gain max health but at cost of half your reserve based on skill for both.Could do last stand mages with a bit more sustainability. Passive regen is health gain for X psi loss like a precog effect.
>>4050946turning enemies into mana batteries also be a better version a this skill
>>4050946only thing about the health increasing by halving your reseves, I also have it you need at least 100 psi point in either reseves or active bar to keep it active
>>4050836to be honest i feel like this should be more of a technology/experimentation kind of thing, like the only dudes who have fucked up biology are the tchortists and the oldhead biocorp mutated scientists.
>>4051391we can talk to several of these niggas yet can only perma upgrade ourselves from tats/tranny drugs and looking too close into space rocks>Top scientists still can't explain these things to John and Jane Zoner
>>4051606we just don't have cool secret knowledge :( also the savages had really badass body mods, i guess that was a psi thing? i forget if it was explained, but i assume it was some kind of shadowlith psi sort of deal that they were becoming snake-like. if we do get cybernetics in infusion, i hope it covers all of that biology psi stuff anon wants. but i would also be down for some mutie or psi shit.
>>4053112>if we do get cybernetics in infusionit's confirmed we do, yes.it's going to be funny to get emped, and not only die, but also get knocked out from the pain, and get your stress levels maxed as your enhanced limbs leave you paralyzed, cyber eyes going blind, etc.
>>4053889I imagine his face when he sees those guys who one shot Tchort with a shotgun on Dominating. Or that guy who beat it just with Psi Confusion and no damage dealt.
>>4054003yea those, and beating the game without any (besides main quest crucial) items whatsoever, beating the game with all the sliders on maximum difficulty, etc. might've given him some ideas.
>>4041145>>4041182if you break underrail down to its essentials, the whole reason why the game works AT ALL is>enter map cell>walk forward>die unfairly>reload>implement strategy>die unfairly>reload, reiterate, repeat>high off your eventual successthat's it. that's all it is. everything else is just dressing, and most of it bad. Worse, over the course of the game's development, Styg tries to move the game away from its only hook (blocked from savescumming, dead-man-walking scenarios, real-time challenges). DC isn't any less shallow in writing in the rest of the game, it just grabs more of the "dumb bag of styg shit" than the average cavern.
I'm really liking the wicked hook. Cut throat is also just a fun move, not sure if it's actually a really good one but it's really fun having a butt load of stuns on my character. Ended up using some spec points for the cooldown, not sure if I want to for extra damage since I'm putting 10 pts into versatility and some other stuff, but I do have specialist so if I have some extra points I might think about that. Also it's honestly kinda freeing to not tm dip for once, even though it is tempting.>cut throat someone in the face with hook or sneak and cut throat from behind>dirty kick and taser for extra stuns if needed>stab everyone to death or burst with smgUnfortunately this save has Coral. I like her personality and lore tidbits but maaaaan losing a utility slot for ??? benefits fucking sucks.

>>4054837thank god for the console to avoid early save restarting but do you know the commands for the holiday events would like to see some of them that are more harder to get. Midsummerians and octoberfeast never appear but at least Luper and grampus are freebies using it
>>4054479This only applies to Dominating and challenge runs. There is a segment of players primarily concerned with that, and I think Styg is trying to direct focus away from it, or at least trying to prevent it overshadowing the rest of what the game has to offer. Contrary to your examples, he has NOT done so only by limiting player options, but also by making the game more accessible, for example: mutant difficulty and console access.
>>4055448i may be wrong but it seemed to me that styg has wanted some sort of semi challenging experience where you just roll with the punches and you don't go insane with optimization, especially with how the merchant inventory system is. if infusion has timed quests then it would be even moreso towards that philosophy.
I'm addicted to uniques. I should really go craft a better smg and tacvest.

>>4054797What's your build? Was thinking about either doing spear or some kind of a cut throat build for my next playthrough
>>4056648Yeah.>>4056741I play on normal so my builds are all over the place.>10 int, as much dex as possible, rest of points into agi>versatility>sprint, nimble>dirty kick (optional)>spec ops, commando>expose weakness>cheap shots, critical power, recklessness>opportunist>cut-throat>specialist>taste for blood>increased dex>blindsiding and parry will probably make their way into the build at some point, idk. not sure if parry is useful on knives. if i dont do parry it'll be replaced with some crafting feat ig
New Feat today just because I felt like it.For now, this will be acquired via level-up, but I want to create a new suite of Feats including this one, which the player can attain in the world via cybernetic augmentation. Some can involve increasing the effectiveness of exosuit armors as well. I may never get to doing this, so for now Neuromancer can just be a level up Feat.
>>4057257I suppose Psi Empathy should also be a requirement. Oops.Anyway, the clunky Baseline Feats module can go away now, since, as in the picture, weapon abilities are now attached to the weapons themselves. Their Feats become "Improved" versions of the same abilities, such as Improved Spear Throw. Ultimately, I'd also like to replace the clunky Utility Level Feats module with a system that allows players to pick up their 3 utility feats out in the world from trainers. For example, Jack Quicksilver could train subterfuge feats like Thief, Wyatt could provide Lucky Mutant, almost all should be in the pre-Depot A section, since that's essentially an extended character creation process, but Jon himself could train Beautiful Bowels. Again, there's a good chance I'll never get to it at this point.
>>4057270And clearly I got the icon pipeline working. They're not perfect, but they are good enough for unofficial mod I think, same as the mediocre quality of my quest dialogue.
>>4057257dear mod-anon, can you post a picture of the retard hat you can buy from coral? is it only available if you're playing on a low-int character?
>>4057304>picture of the retard hat you can buy from coral>low-int characterI don't want to post everything. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, anon. But yes, Coral's inventory will always carry it, and the rest is up to your character. As with many non-weapon uniques, The Smuggler will also sometimes carry it.To satisfy your no-doubt oncoming choice paralysis, there is now an option (default to off) to force coral, booth, and boost lab all at once. New characters only.
Ah. The third time I have ever met this guy.
>>4057374mod anon, i think you might want to reconsider the "putting weapon abilities on their respective weapons", it appears every enemy with a pistol/crossbow will spam kneecap shot, making earlygame even more annoying to deal with
>>4062029Helpful feedback, thank you. I have the ability to block NPCs from using the new weapon abilities (sans associated Feat) if I necessary, but I would be happy even if this change made the game a little harder, rather than handing the player free power. Concern is more that it's uneven, affecting tank and/or melee players more than others. I presume you're melee? Do you think the issue is more Kneecap Shot or enemies in general? Greaves exist, but pistols could get Point shot and Crossbows Snipe.
>>4062150I presume you're melee? Correct, i'm playing spears.>Do you think the issue is more Kneecap Shot or enemies in general?I think the vast quantity of enemies that use crossbows/pistols makes earlygame very annoying, vanilla wise you could count with your fingers all enemies that had kneecap shot pre depot-a and prepare accordinglybut now, every single crossbower/pistol enemy has kneecap shoti made greaves to counter this, but still feels bad.think crossbows getting snipe and pistols getting point shot is a good alternative
>>4062214Fair enough, seems pretty clearly like a design oversight then. Since this is the flippiest and switchiest of mods, I can also add a default-off sub-switch to the module to make the gear-added abilities player only.Kneeblasting will become the domain of the much less common shotgun, and it remains to be seen exactly how bad tank builds get it, especially on Dominating where the higher enemy count multiplies enemy power from this change. Also lunatic mall with the cryo-shield changes... let me know.
>>4062303>>4062214Alright, the changes we've discussed are tested working and uploaded under mod rev6.1.2 (I'm going to triple digits now, like a boy growing his first pubic hairs). Anyway, this is safe to install mid-playthrough, and the new player only weapon abilities sub-bool is safe to toggle on and off mid run as you like. Thanks for your help improving the mod.
I'm thinking about a spear build. I looked it up and you can either go spear/shield or just spear and your defense relies on your armor. However you can't go full heavy armor and stack armor penalty like a sledgehammer build. So my concern is, how's the defense, survivability fare into the end game for either spear build?
>>4063661with the mod or not. Without it don't go spear and shield because your likey be too feat starved to use either effectively and be better off just going pumping spear throw. With it they're more than reliable at blocking and dealing damage pumping your amount blocked
>>4063661One spear build I did was an electric sweeper spear. With high technicalities and spec you can fuck up dudes grouping together. This was back in base game also had phreaks glove but sadly its not affected by HT but mod anon fixed that. Tried going Medic power armor but you better off just making a Regen vest
Sometimes I wonder if the spear haft would fit in my butt
>>4063859depends on your CON. 3 CONs get a ruptured anus
How long does it take to learn this game and actually start having fun? im looking for any crpg game to play and Underrail is always rated highly
>>4064000You can start having fun immediately of course you need to learn the mechanics.
>>4064000Learning is part of the fun, no?
>>4064000around when you get to junkyard and get to talk to a mysterious stranger about a job.
>>4064088>>4064121>>4064192I just got it. Are there any specific options/builds that are optimal (from a fun-having prespective) for a first-run?
>>4064485Pick whatever feels/looks cool, just be aware that the game punishes spreading yourself too thin. That said there is no need to overly optimize on Normal difficulty.
>>4064485As anon said, choose something to be good at and pick options to that end, and you will have all the tools you need. One thing that I think new players get hung up on is that when they inevitably face failure or get hung up somewhere, they second guess and think they may have done something wrong or that their build is wrong. It's not, you just have to persist and try what you can. Facing adversity is the intended difficulty, don't get confused just because the game told you to fuck off. You don't have to fuck off. You can do what you want. You have the tools.
