More like a guilty pleasure, but I've replayed it more than 1-3 & Tactics & 5 combined. In fact I'm playing it again right now.

FF5. A couple of years ago on my birthday, nobody called me. None of my friends and none of my family. I genuinely thought about killing myself, but decided to play FF5 instead. Dunno if it was the right choice or not, but it's still an incredibly comfy game for me.

Ultima 7, specifically Part 2: Serpent Isle. It was such a different and weird world from Britannia, creepy and fantastically and allegorical at the same time, with some cutting-edge graphics for its time.

I wanted to put on a game where I could just wander around, take in the vibes and not worry about having to deal with any kind of forced event or altercation. And it's especially true with this one - you never get forced into any kind of combat situation unless you specifically go to mission areas.
