You want "MGQ Paradox Part 3 v3.06 (Merged) (Partial E 2026-06-09).7z", it's Part 3 with Part 1 and 2 included. Just keep in mind Part 3 translation is not done yet, you'll encounter moonrunes around halfway through it.
