What do you want to play? An action RPG? A turn-based RPG? A crpg?

Ill check out some action and crpgs
>>
assuming you've literally never ever played an rpg before (except for the ones in op), start with some of the most normalfag friendly titles like mass effect, deus ex human revolution, expedition 33, cyberpunk 2077.
or one of the easier/lighter on gameplay ones like the shadowrun games and disco elysium.
you could jump straight into the classics like the old fallouts, baldur's gate, planescape, vampire the masquerade bloodlines, but who knows how dated they'd feel to you.

Breath of fire 4

Barely an RPG but try Battletech (assuming you play on PC like in teh pic)
It's one of the most non-anime mech anime game I've ever played.
Just remember to change the options or else it'll be so slooooow and the game will feel too long for you to want to beat it.
Disclaimer: There's a good amount of grinding involved

Play the original Ultima. If you survive that, it'll be smooth sailing from there.

Without the joking, since you gravitated towards FO4, maybe Fallout: New Vegas? That one, along with the original and 2, is generally very well regarded.
