Who is your favorite tank/defensive rpg character?
>>4071555Hrolf the Walker in Skyrim. Ironically ended up riding a horse most of the time. A warrior with the Lady stone boosting health and stamina regen. I did a bunch of bounties and odd jobs all over Skyrim and the Companions questline.
Thae'Lanel of Dark Deity. Made him a tank.Elf-gigachad with high strength and magic attack. Made him a class that uses magic hammers, and gave him an ability that reduced his magic attack to 0 and increased his defenses instead. He also has an ability that makes it so that he can only take maximum 30% of his max health in one attack.Dude never died once. He somewhat fell off late when it came to dealing damage (he either missed or one-shotted enemies), but you could rely on him just standing in front of the enemy and taking whatever they threw at him.

He's a glass cannon all about damage and passing Judgment.Morte is by far the best tank I've ever seen due to his taunts and ridiculous damage mitigation and is my favorite character in all video games, but if the same game is off-limits, I'll go with Virginia from Unicorn Overlord.

Tanks are almost always trash and are pretty much never worth using unless it's a game where they have auras and such that boost DPS/DPR.
