Hrolf the Walker in Skyrim. Ironically ended up riding a horse most of the time. A warrior with the Lady stone boosting health and stamina regen. I did a bunch of bounties and odd jobs all over Skyrim and the Companions questline.

Thae'Lanel of Dark Deity. Made him a tank.
Elf-gigachad with high strength and magic attack. Made him a class that uses magic hammers, and gave him an ability that reduced his magic attack to 0 and increased his defenses instead. He also has an ability that makes it so that he can only take maximum 30% of his max health in one attack.
Dude never died once. He somewhat fell off late when it came to dealing damage (he either missed or one-shotted enemies), but you could rely on him just standing in front of the enemy and taking whatever they threw at him.
