At no Vigor, you deal 50% damage with swords. Witcher 2's combat punished sign- and dodge-spamming with Vigor. That meant players needed to fight intelligently, rely heavily on oils, potions, and bombs, and actually prepare and play like a Witcher. Too many retards just didn't have the brains to play 2 competently, which is why we have the dogshit combat in 3.Let me be clear: If you hate Witcher 2's combat, then you're directly responsible for how shit 3's combat is.

Played them all and 1 is the only game I've enjoyed fully. 2 is neat. I think they definitely improve throughout the trilogy on certain aspects. They feel like bigger more complete games, but its disproportionate. As the games got bigger, the combat never improved. I don't want to play a 100 hour rpg with braindead combat.
