Does someone perchance have that Cactus program that lets you run different versions of Diablo 2 but that's also like just a preset portable download or whatever? Can't seem to make it work

Just Google it. It was on Git, now it's on Codeberg. The Hell mods are garbage, same as shit like Median XL which reeks of third world game design.
The original diablo and early patches of D2 were excellent because they had restraint.
