I honestly really like the Legendia cast. It's one of the games strong points (along with the music and the visual aesthetic). They're all quite fun and the game is usually able to make a good balance between the "very funny stuff" and the "serious stuff". It bounces between the two very well imo.

The gameplay I can't really forgive, and that's always going to be an anchor dragging the game down, because it is extremely frustrating in many aspects.

There's a fair bit of issues.
All the dungeon retracing in the second half of the game, how fucking obtuse and finicky the grappling system is, more than half of the characters in the game being essentially awful to control at any point in time etc. I would never want to play as a Legendia caster (which is great becasue they made 4 of them and all are essentially the same!), and Moses... by god Moses might be the worst character in the series when it comes to gameplay.

For decades it was assumed that recruiting Llilith was cut content and that bugs or cheats were required to get her. It's now confirmed that it's actually possible to recruit her through normal gameplay with a very specific route through the game avoiding certain "immoral" items/dialogue/actions.
In the JP version you need to recruit her in the 1.0 release and then continue your save in the 1.1 rerelease to prevent a softlock from a missing cutscene. Seems like it was intended to be removed entirely but they failed to account for people owning both versions.
In the NA version it just works without any issues.

Well JP 1.0 is bugged so it can't progress the story if you recruit her so they had to do SOMETHING about it.
I have no idea why JP 1.1 removes the recruitment instead of fixing it properly like the NA version does.
Granted, this "sidequest" is so esoteric that it probably wasn't playtested properly in any language.
