No, but it’s pretty good, and a classic.IMO Chrono trigger is the most solid overall SNES RPGs but there are many strong contenders.

Dragon Quest V and Chrono Trigger are better.
Earthbound is fun and has some unique charms but it's not the best. The lack of character-building or variety holds the mother games back.
