will be published by Paradox. taking bets on which core mechanics will be spun off as DLCs!
>>2396278Transporting and fever. As separate dlc.
>>2396278procede as usual: buy base game, creampie the rest
>>2396317i hope the fever dlc doesn't sicken me with disgust
>>2396278well, at least the game is guaranteed to get "support" for a decade i guess
So what does Transport Fever have that OpenTTD doesn't?
>>2408765Quality of life user-friendly interface
>>2396278>when you shit the bed with Cities Skylines 2 so hard that the game virtually dies and nobdoy cares for it and you have to beg others to publish their games through you
>>24087653D models, mostlyit's also easier to edit tracks in TF because rails and roads can be dragged and dropped
>>2408765it has >much much much better rail placement system >better graphics >circular cargo demands being serviced without question and clogging up your rail capacity if you make logical mistakes
>>2396278>NOOOOOOO NOW MY FAVORITE GAME WILL BE SUPPORTED FOR 15 YEARS WITH 15 $20 EXPANSIONS INSTEAD OF TWO YEARS WITH TWO $50 EXPANSIONS THIS CANT BE HECKING HAPPENING
>>2411826I would much rather a game die complete after two years than live a bloated mess for a decade.
>>2396278good, it means it will get a shitton of dlcs that will add to the game (no 99% of the dlc content isn't stuff that was planned for the base game)
>>2411794>circular cargo demandsThis is the thing that interests me. OTTD's cargo hasn't really evolved from FIRS.
>look up transport fever>"It has better graffix than OpenTTD!!">it's just ugly realism graphics instead of fun cartoon graphicsuhuh
>>2396278So all the DLC will be completely free with Creamapi! Great news!
The problem with TF2 is that the map is empty and the towns are tiny. OpenTTD lets you make giant maps with busy cities.
