This would actually fix EU5
too hard for the jeet interns to code and it might get fixed with a DLC a couple years out.
Bump
>>2412912My man is literally describing the system for acceptance in Vicky 3. They could copypaste it over and it would fit pretty well desu.
The problem with religion in the EU5 timeframe is that somewhere along the way, after the 1648 Peace of Westphalia, religion turns into an ethno-religious identity. Religion is basically a part of culture now, is very static and doesn't really change anymore.
>>2412912>>2413232absolute state of paradox that two anons know better how to fix their fucking game
>>2413232I'm bummed they removed characters moving to your court from countries you annex peacefully, that’s like the one thing this game had over Imperator
>>2413232But integration in Vicky is clicking a magic button that consumes some of your mana meter
>>2414913I've not played that but that sounds better than it being a court wizard spell, but as a dedicated intergration mana, and maybe you could use court wizards to make that mana come back a bit faster
>>2412912Nah it would still be a paradox dlc slop game.
>>2413497you posting this thread then replying to yourself twice is pathetic kek
>>2413232Based post. I also think HOI4's supply system would add to this. It's the one thing I really like about that game. Having to build supply depots to cut down on resupply costs would naturally slow down expansion and make integration feel real
They need to get rid of the fucking CITY SPAM and the RGO SPAM. This is the single most immersion-breaking part of the game. Megalopolises are already an alternative to city spamming so they might as well limit the number of cities in a province.
>>2415788And also get rid of the exponential growth. I would like more things to give local governors because you already shouldn't be taxxing your estates to a point that it lowers their demand for goods. Having good control should be easier. Also coring needs to be changed in relation to culture, maybe change Spiritualist vs. Humanist to like Assimilation vs. Coexistence for BOTH religion and culture.
>>2415152It's a little better than it sounds. You have a bureaucracy meter. It's filled by pops working in government admin buildings which in turn consume paper from paper mills which in turn consume wood and sulfur. And telephones replace all this late game moving to lead and rubber.
>>2412912Patch 1.488 : Steinerum will fix EU5
