So if you hadn't a broadband connection (and it wasn't so common in my area, at the time), you simply cannot play the game you just legally bought.

Warcraft 3 would have killed it anyway or already did. I segued straight to WC3 from it. I skipped Brood Wars because I got bored of the sci fi setting. We played a lot of mech games back then, so much shit was a sci fi setting.

playing this again i got fucking tired of failing this stupid fucking mission so i cheesed it by suiciding 6 predator tanks and an apc with an engineer in it to the nod vehicle base top right and took their mcv and built a crane in my base and sold it before it diedno idea how i did this back in the day mustve been on easy or something
