Only in Victoria 2 can I occupied uncivs indefinitely, causing their populations to plummet and thus prevent the demographic boom of the turd world we have now.
I force high militancy to get excellent health care and rush medicine to get a booming population in my Aryan superstate,

I then annex the turd world shitholes after 50 years and start colonizing them with my higher white population.
In one game I managed to turn all of Africa German.
Can you do that in Shitoria 3?
